Custom samples follow the approved drawing and applicable tooling cost. Both are quoted before work starts.
05 Which Incoterms do you ship on?
Our default term is EXW Shenzhen under Incoterms 2020.
If you prefer FOB, tell us the required port and the term will be written on the proforma invoice with the corresponding price adjustment. Import clearance, duties and taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
06 What payment methods do you accept?
Production orders normally use T/T bank transfer: 30% with the order and 70% before shipment.
Samples and smaller orders are paid in full before dispatch by T/T, PayPal or credit card. Quotations and proforma invoices are issued in US dollars unless another arrangement is confirmed on the PI.
07 How are the connectors packed, and which documents come with them?
