Every PVLinkTech connector is tested before it leaves our factory. If a product arrives defective, is damaged in transit, or does not match the specification you ordered, we will replace it or refund you — without lengthy processes.
1. Quality Guarantee
Standard PVLinkTech products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For utility-scale solar projects, project-specific warranty terms can be arranged with our sales team on request.
2. Standard Product Returns
- Non-customized standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels intact.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A refund is issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Cable assemblies, custom lengths, and other made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or fail to match the agreed specification.
4. Defective Products (RMA Process)
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the batch/lot number printed on the packaging, and photos showing the issue.
- We respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- For small-value orders, we normally ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the faulty items.
- For larger orders, we arrange return or on-site inspection. We cover the cost of the replacement, including reasonable freight.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (T/T, PayPal, credit card) within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Warranty replacements ship at no cost to you.
6. Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery record (or refuse delivery), take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
7. Shipping and Customs
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs clearance issues.
- Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
